Each year, between the months of September and March, at a small secluded cove in the town of Taiji, countless of innocent and helpless dolphins are brutally slaughtered in an annual hunting massacre. Most of the Japanese population does not even know this horrible event is occurring. This has been going on for over four hundred years and it is finally time to come together and put an end to this devastation. Read on for more.

Chapter four of “32-Minute Nightmare”.
I checked my nose. No blood.
I looked around my apartment.
The bloody tissues that were scattered around my floor seemed to have placed themselves in the rubbish bin.

Chapter three of “32-Minute Nightmare”.
It was smeared alike to the last picture Greg “ruined”. It looked like there was a little girl and a little boy in the picture, holding hands. But the girl was harshly scratched out after it was “drawn”. A word, fainted and hard to really read, was smeared on the boy.

Wondering about myself in an alternate universe.
Just a little bit of dabbling here and there because my mind drifted while I was brainstorming for my current story.

Chapter two of “32-Minute Nightmare”.
I didn’t have any time to visit the art center today, so I drove past it and headed to a shortcut in the forest preserve to get to Geraldine’s. Through the wood and thicket, I was slightly surprised I was even able to keep driving.
Suddenly, a familiar figure walked onto the pass. I hit the brakes hard and stopped 3 inches away from running him over.

My name is Malcolm Peen. I’m currently an artist trying to make it big. My source of income… Is my older sister, Piper. My parents kicked me out years ago when I told them I didn’t want to become a surgeon, but an artist instead.

This poem is entitled Strength. It is more notably a specific type of poem called a diamante poem. In order to form a diamante, you need to follow the exact structure of one. Beginning with a noun and over the process adding on verbs, as well as adjectives. About half way through, a diamante poem switches its course and opposes all of the beginning words with antonyms.

So I had a weird dream where all of this took place. I was drowned in boredom with the only option to sleep, and ended up having such an unforgettable dream. It was really odd since no one really talked or said anything, but it was visually outstanding to see.

August 11, 2010 was the first day of Ramadan. Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar. In this month Muslims all around the world fast which means no eating or drinking from sunrise to sunset. This is to teach Muslims patience and make them feel closer to the less fortunate.

Getting wasted is the best thing I do when I think of you. But I can’t. But then I truly do feels like a waste. As thin as a cloud of smoke. And I disappear just as easily, just as slowly. It may be as if I am disappearing slowly overtime but in reality, I’m [...]

Everyday I think of you. Wanting to speak to you. Hear you, even for a minute. That’s not such a bad idea. Says the voice in my head. I loathe that voice. But you’re the reason why it won’t shut up. I wish it would shut up. But that voice is my love, for you. [...]

I see you as a damn fool. You were out of your mind because of your intake. The intake of yours was exposed to me. You promised I’d never be exposed to your intake withdraws. But you thought since I was getting exposed myself a little bit myself that I wouldn’t mind your foolishness. You, [...]

My Mother finally rants a wee bit to me that all I do is play games over the summer. Why, she grounded me from ever seeing my friends because she doesn’t trust me with them since apparently “I’m” the one causing problems. What else is there to do? This is an excerpt of a bit that has happened recently. Do keep in mind that I didn’t say this to her face, or else I’d be more than grounded– I’d literally BE IN the ground. :|

This is an I Am poem. There is a certain structure that must be followed when it comes down to an I am poem. Each line contains something specific that usually comes from the heart. Everyone is different in their own ways. We all have different dreams, beliefs, wishes, hopes, worries, feelings, opinions, faiths and even personalities. This poem is just a little piece of me and what I, myself, feel.

To be dead is a misconception. To feel it is something greater. I wish I could feel dead and still live. I wish you could believe. Believe me, I want it. Times when life throws me lemons, I’d like to chuck back fire. Me and you were fools. All the time feels like nothing now. [...]

Allergies are so annoying. Great statement there I must say, do you have any allergies? If you don’t have any, then you are so lucky. If you have them, you are one of the unlucky ones. Alleriges can be from food, trees, plants, animals, smells, anything!! Some people have an allergy to new cars-no I’m not just making that up.
I, myself, am allergic to wheat, dairy, and eggs. Amazing right? I’m allergic to all of those-and cannot eat them. Well actually I could eat them, but then I would get sick. Being allergic to dairy is not like being lactose intolerant, even though many think that. Wheat is the biggest issue though, almost EVERYTHING contains wheat. Wheat also has like twenty different names, and wheat likes to

The other day I went to Navy Pier. I had so much fun. It’s a great place to go to with your family. There are many fun rides to go on and if you’re just going there to relax you can go on the boat ride. Three hours of just sitting down and relaxing.

At some point, every one of us has a time period of loneliness, betrayal, sadness etc. This is a specific type of poem assigned to me in my English class. It is a sonnet poem. Meaning each line has precisely ten syllables. Fact: William Shakespeare was know for writing many sonnets himself.

What the summer has clearly laid down lately for me. A brief outline if what’s been happening. :d
My summer began like crap.
The kind of crap that was left by a dog that was pissed on by a rabbit-cat, scooped in a paper bag and set on your doorstep, on fire.

Almost a week ago, I adopted two new guinea pigs to add to my family. Vanilla(the mother) and Cherry( the daughter) have already taught me alot. Being guinea pigs, they depend on me to take care of them. They are not like dogs or cats(which I have) that can do many things on their own. For my dogs I take care of them, feed them, brush them, walk them, take them out to the bathroom, treat them, buy them toys. But dogs, if let outside in the

A long time ago on February 2nd, 2010, Mister Chris told us to just write something, anything, from the top of our heads and create some sort of story.
This was mine.
This is about a young Llama who had a best friend named Charles, who was a coconut.

On Thursday July 8, 2010 I went to Millennium Park. I had so much fun. We had lunch, listened to an orchestra play in the gazebo, took pictures by the bean and got really wet from the Millennium Park Fountain. I tried not to get wet until one of my friends pushed me into the water.

Dad. Just one of those words in every language that every person knows. Fathers are important to all of us one way or another. They stop those tears that just pour out, they extract the constant fears we have and even better, they kill those nasty bugs you find on your wall. This poem was written for my dad on Fathers Day.
