Richard Bandler’s and John Grinder’s curiosity toward psychology led to the  
birth of NLP. Today, NLP is used by people around the world to achieve their 
goals and aid their therapeutic practice by using more effective forms of  
communication. ASM apprentices can apply the basics of NLP in order to  
attract more readers to their work.

EFT is a simple relaxation technique that can be self-applied to unload emotional baggage 
which will help an apprentice think more clearly which works 50%-80% of  
the time the procedure is used.
