As everyone all knows the 4^th of July was the day America got their independence. It was a great and proud day for all Americans to finally be free from Britain. Zzzzzzzzz…enough history lets talk about our modern day 4^th of July. Nowadays, people head out to the beach and start up their grills. Delicious aromas of different meats and food fill the air. Hotdogs, hamburgers, grandma’s homemade strawberry pie, watermelon and best of all LEMONADE. Yummmmm I am getting hungry just thinking of all of this.

This day is a great day for families to get together and make some memories by taking pictures and listening to grandpa’s stories of the good old days.As the night falls beautiful firework shows light up the sky. The only thing that you here from the crowd are Ohhhs and Ahsss. The lights and different colors always amaze everyone. It really is a fun day. Well I got to go…it is the 4^th of July.
