“Sunburnt” is a collection of summaries from trips I went to during summer. It includes my Dad who thinks everything he does is right, my Mom, the lady who likes to pack the whole house, my Brother, the person who dresses up as if he were to attack Antartica, my Uncle, the handy-dandy craftman, and then there’s me: the teen angst injected hermit who only wants to stay in a cave to play videogames.
In “Pesty Party”, I visit our “vacation home” in Indiana, where one of the things I hate most prosper–Spiders. Cockroaches. Millipedes. Anything small, sleek and can bite you. This time, we bring our visiting Aunt from the Philippines with us.
