        I, myself, am allergic to wheat,dairy, and eggs. Amazing right? I&#8217;m allergic to all of those-and cannot eat them. Well actually I could eat them, but then I would get sick. Being allergic to dairy is not like being lactose intolerant, even though many think that. Wheat is the biggest issue though, almost EVERYTHING contains wheat.
